This agriturismo was born inside a valley, between woods and meadows, surrounded by nearby hills which form "i calanchi" in the shelter of Sermugnano, a medieval village placed between Orvieto, Bolsena lake and Civita di Bagnoregio.

The structure is realized by house of 50 metres, which includes:

a sitting-room with kitchen, bedroom and bath-room.

All the house have air conditioned, heating and sat-tv (2 house have air bath).

Into the agriturismo ther'is a bigger house (150 metres) which have 3 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room with fireplace and 4 bathrooms.
